By joining the club:
- I understand that my child is not insured to participate in hockey training / matches without mouthguard
- I understand that my child is not insured to participate in hockey training / matches without shin pads
- I understand that my child is not insured to participate in hockey training / matches whilst wearing jewellery
- I understand that coaches will remind my child to wear protective equipment only once, at the beginning of every hockey training session / match and that after that, they will not be reminded during the training session / match on an ongoing basis
- I understand that coaches will remind my child to remove jewellery only once, at the beginning of every hockey training session / match and that after that, they will not be reminded during the training session / match on an ongoing basis
- I am happy for my child to attend the bathroom during a training session without supervision
- I am happy for my child to arrive at and depart from the pitch for training sessions / matches without supervision
